The hydrotherapy pool was incredible, while dinner reservations were frustratingly uncommunicated.

The gym facilities offer a range of classes that are both energetic and fun. The gardens are lovely and well-maintained, providing a pleasant backdrop for a stroll.
Navigating from the car park to reception is confusing due to the lack of signage. The room had an outdated bathroom with broken tap handles, and the TV didn’t work. The breakfast options felt subpar, with cheap-tasting sausages and tinned fruit. I found it frustrating that there was no flexibility regarding bag checks prior to check-in, and the rooms lacked basic items like caffeinated coffee. Lastly, during a busy checkout, I noticed a long delay due to issues with spa customers, creating a rushed feel.

Couple seeking peaceful relaxation
We had an amazing meal accompanied by a surprise glass of bubbly for my birthday, even though we don't drink, it was still a nice touch. The facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and hydrotherapy pool which was essential for my partner as he is preparing for another hospital procedure.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but overall still acceptable.
