Lastly, during a busy checkout, I noticed a long delay due to issues with spa customers, creating a rushed feel.

We had an amazing meal accompanied by a surprise glass of bubbly for my birthday, even though we don't drink, it was still a nice touch. The facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and hydrotherapy pool which was essential for my partner as he is preparing for another hospital procedure.

Just a solid selection for a short weekend trip in Henlow with great value for money. We had a lovely lunch where the staff were very patient and friendly. Bring flip flops for inside since the carpets might not feel clean.

Amazing hotel with its indoor pool, fitness center, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. I recommend trying the massage services. I'm coming back for a weekend!
